I am in the “actively reviewed” stage too. Applied online on Jan 4, 2022. Got my receipt and biometric reuse notice within 5 minutes. Since then, case is actively being reviewed. I think that once USCIS gets/has fingerprints and sends it for the checks, it changes to “actively reviewed”. No one knows how long it will be. You can check online with the USCIS processing times. If the processing time for your case is substantially beyond the normal processing time, you may consult with your EB-5 immigration attorney as to whether you should file a mandamus action in federal court and request a federal judge to request the USCIS make an immediate decision on your EB-5 petition. + Case approved I got an email this morning from USCIS. Finally, my I-130 status has changed to Actively Reviewed. I hope this is a good sign for my case. PD: 08/22/2022. NBC Lee's summit Mo.
